At Twelve Oaks, I believe it is important to offer services that are driven by you and for you, without limitations set by insurance companies. Your journey is about YOU, so I want to empower you to have the flexibility to determine session length and therapy modality that fits your unique needs. While Twelve Oaks uses primarily a self-pay or private-pay model, some insurance companies may offer out-of-network benefits or reimbursement options, in which you submit receipts (commonly called a Superbill) for some level of reimbursement. I cannot guarantee your insurance provider has any of these options, please check with your insurance provider regarding your specific plan.
GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

CCS SERVICES
CCS consumers do not submit payment to Twelve Oaks. All payments are handled through the consortium.
ACCESS
We believe wholeheartedly that services should be accessible regardless of who you are. As a result, we offer a few sliding scale fee options.
Not sure if you're ready to schedule an intake? Schedule a free 15 minute consultation to evaluate if we are a good fit.
This is the first session.
60 Minutes seem to work best for most of my clients. This would be the standard length and fee for on-going sessions.
If you prefer the typical "therapy hour", let me know and we can certainly do the 45-50 minute sessions.
Sometimes 40-50 or even 60 minutes just doesn't feel like enough time, I get it. You are welcome to request extended sessions beyond 60 minutes.
We accept all major credit cards as well as HSA payment for private pay sessions.
